When you visit our website, we will process your personal data as follows:

(a) Account registration or contact form
Where you choose to register an account, Disney will collect account details such as name, company, position, username, contact details (eg. telephone number and email address). By registering an account, you are able to access certain content and services. You can update or delete your account details at any time. You can withdraw your consent at any time and/or delete your account.
Any information you provide on a contact form will only be used for the purpose of responding or assisting with your request.

(b) Newsletters
Where you subscribe to our email newsletter, you consent to receiving it via email. We may also contact you about the service or your account. We may share your information with a third-party processor which facilitates the newsletter service. The information we collect for this purpose will only be processed while your consent remains valid. If a registered user is inactive for more than two years or cancels their registration, the data will be deleted.
